In creating flower arrangement inside the glass as candle holder, "Interior Design 911" will help you to create it. For more attractive look, "Interior Design 911" chooses legged glass. Put oasis in the middle of that glass and than follow the steps explained by “Interior Design 911” below:  

Make sure it is firm and unshaken. Give enough water.

Prepare croton leaves whose the bottom end has been cut. Leave the stem for approximately 2 cm. Plug croton leaves at oasis until the leaves touch the lip glass.

Put red flowers one by one in the middle of the glass until nearly full. Leave little space in the middle.

Finally, take the candles and plug them firmly to oasis in the middle of the glass. Add white flowers surrounding the candles.
